Full Keel Band Option
Probably one of the most practical options on a fishing boat is the full stainless steel keel band which turns up the stem and provides excellent protection against bumps and scrapes on concrete slipways or shingle beaches.

Because this option requires a different hull moulding, we need to be aware of your requirement for a full keel band before build commences. Price £179.00

Optional Fishing Canopy
Another practical option is the fishing canopy, which is mounted on an aluminium frame, and comes with side windows as standard.

This canopy effectively extends the rear of the cuddy, providing valuable additional protection against the wind and rain. Fishing can then be carried out from the comfort of the swivel bucket seats and in the shelter of the fishing canopy!

It is simple to fit and to remove and stows easily inside the boat. Price £360.00

Optional Bait Rail
A bait rail is also a very practical option on any fishing boat. Ours is fabricated from bright-polished stainless steel and incorporates a substantial plastic cutting board with stainless steel surround. It is also fitted with four up-tide rod-holders.

The bait rail is easily removed from the boat by lifting it out of its stainless steel mounting sockets. Price £246.36

Adjustable Bait Chopping Board
If all you need is a bait chopping board, a less expensive option is this adjustable bait board which fits into a rod-holder type socket (included in the price).

The bait board is easily removed from the boat by lifting it out of its rod-holder type socket. Price £82.65

Stainless Steel Pulpit Rail and Bridge
Some people order the stainless steel pulpit rail and/or the bridge/gantry just because they look good, which they do, but they are also practical, too.

For those who prefer to anchor by standing in the large forehatch, the pulpit rail provides a secure hand-hold, particularly useful when retrieving the anchor in lumpy seas! Price £245.00

The stainless bridge is also useful in that it provides the ideal mounting platform for the VHF antenna, the navigation lights, and for any other similar fittings, such as a GPS antenna. Price £441.00 incl nav. lights, switch panel and VHF antenna

Optional Seat Cushions
The all-weather bucket seats that are fitted as standard on all Predator fishing boats are ideal because they require no maintenance other than an occasional wash.

If a little more comfort is required, then seat cushions, made from marine-grade vinyl, are available as an optional extra. Price £46.85 each

Similar cushions are also available for the cuddy seats. Price £144.00 per set

Optional Rear Seat
The optional back seat is usually chosen when the Predator 165 is bought for family use. The upholstery is marine grade vinyl and stowage is available under the seat, accessed by removing the seat cushions.

The seat is easily removed when the boat is required again for serious sea fishing! Price £460.00

Fully upholstered bucket seats and upholstered cuddy seat cushions are also available in matching marine grade vinyl.

Auxiliary Outboard Motor Bracket
The optional auxiliary outboard motor bracket permits an auxiliary outboard motor of up to 6 Hp to be mounted on the transom as a get-you-home back-up engine.

The mounting pad is made from an injection-moulded plastic material which provides for a very long, maintenance-free life. Price £170.00

Optional Searchlight
The optional searchlight is bracket-mounted with a plug-in flexicord and is easily removed for use as a hand-held lamp or for stowage.

It is ideal for lighting the cockpit as well as for use as a spot light or searchlight.

This is a quality, durable, waterproof lamp that runs from the boat's main battery. Price £103.78

Optional Stainless boarding Ladder
The optional telescopic stainless steel boarding ladder is ideal for anyone wanting to reboard from the water, e.g. for divers, water skiers or even for man overboard recovery.

In use, the ladder extends deep into the water, making climbing aboard very much easier. For stowage, it folds over into the engine well making it always immediately available. Price £115.00

Flush-mount Rod-holders
The flush-mount rod-holders are fitted into the engine well sides and come with removable caps. Because they are made from injection-moulded plastic, they require minimal maintenance.

Four rod-holders are included as standard in the Predator 165. Additional rod-holders are available at £12.00 each, fitted

Sandskipper Jockey Wheel
The Sandskipper provides a mount for the trailer's spare wheel and also acts as a jockey wheel for use on soft surfaces, such as sand, into which the normal jockey wheel would sink. When not required, the assembly pivots up alongside the trailer chassis.

The Sandskipper is priced at £141.45 (if ordered with a trailer) excluding the spare wheel which, if not included with the trailer, is an additional £89.47
